Delete Your Account
Tipity AI — Last Updated: July 7, 2026
You can request deletion of your Tipity AI account and all associated personal data using either method below. Once completed, your account is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Option 1 — Delete In-App (Fastest)
Steps
- Open Tipity AI on your device
- Tap your profile icon or go to Settings
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm deletion — your account is removed immediately
Option 2 — Request via Email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your account:

Include
- The email address registered to your account
- Optionally: your display name or user ID
We process deletion requests within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your account profile and authentication credentials
- Your remaining AI image credit balance
- Any AI-generated images saved to your account
- Your generation history, preferences, and settings
What We Retain
Certain records are retained as required by law or for fraud prevention:
- stripe_purchases Payment transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for tax and accounting compliance.
- play_purchases Google Play in-app purchase receipts are retained for fraud prevention per Google Play developer policy.
- Any purchase records where a dispute, chargeback, or refund is pending at the time of deletion are retained until the matter is resolved.
Retained records are used solely for legal, tax, and fraud purposes and are never shared with third parties except as required by law.
