If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use this Service.
These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between you and Tipitylabs. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a Third-Party Social Media Service.
You may delete your account at any time through the self-service deletion option in your account menu. Upon deletion, all data associated with your account will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our Service allows you to create AI-generated images ("Content"). You are solely responsible for the Content that you create, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. The AI-generated images are provided to you under a non-exclusive license. Tipitylabs retains no ownership rights to your generated images.
License Grant: By using the Service, you grant Tipitylabs a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display generated images solely for the purposes of operating, improving, and marketing the Service.
AI Content Disclaimer: Images are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unexpected results. Tipitylabs makes no warranties about the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated images for any particular purpose.
Third-Party Rights: You represent that your prompts do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights.
You agree not to use the Service to create any Content that:
AI Safety Filters: Our Service uses Google Gemini's AI technology, which includes built-in safety filters. These filters automatically block certain content categories including explicit sexual content and content depicting minors. Tipitylabs relies on these third-party safety systems and is not responsible for their accuracy or effectiveness.
Content Moderation: We reserve the right to remove any Content and terminate accounts that violate these prohibitions, but we are not obligated to monitor or review all user-generated content.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Content that may be legal in one jurisdiction may be illegal in another.
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to generate images. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our Return Policy. Prices are subject to change at any time. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
We reserve the right to modify credit pricing, grant promotional credits, or adjust credit balances to correct errors.
Payment processing is handled by third-party processors including Stripe and Google Play. Tipitylabs does not store your full payment information. Your use of these payment processors is subject to their respective terms of service.
Upon account deletion, any remaining credits are forfeited and are not refundable.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of these third-party services. Service interruptions caused by third-party outages are not within our control.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Any unused credits will be forfeited.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete Account" feature in your account menu.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TIPITYLABS, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS LESS.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tipitylabs and its owners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
The Service is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Tipitylabs expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that results will be accurate or reliable, or that any defects will be corrected.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for intellectual property infringement or to prevent irreparable harm.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tipitylabs regarding your use of the Service, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting a notice on the Service or sending an email to your registered address. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
